Core Financial Pioneer began around a kitchen table in Bristol, helping friends untangle mortgage offers nobody could read. We never lost that habit: sit down, explain everything, then do the paperwork.
Put the same quality of financial thinking that wealthy households take for granted within reach of anyone who asks for it.
A market where nobody signs something they don't understand, because every option was laid out honestly beside its alternatives.
If a product needs a glossary to explain, it needs a better explanation. We write offers the way we'd want them written for our own families.
Sometimes the right answer is "wait" or "don't". Our advisors are salaried, so nobody earns more by steering you somewhere.
Signing is the easy bit. We stay for renewals, claims, rate reviews and the awkward phone calls nobody else wants to make.
Your documents are encrypted, access-logged and never sold. Security is treated as part of the service, not a footnote in a policy.
Founded in 2014 by two former bank advisors who grew frustrated with the opacity of financial products, Core Financial Pioneer started as a weekend side-project helping neighbours compare mortgage offers. Word spread quickly, and within two years we had a small office in Bristol, a growing team, and clients across the country.
Today, we employ over sixty people — advisors, underwriters, claims handlers, and support staff — but we still operate on the same principle: explain everything in plain language, charge transparently, and stay for the long haul.
We are independently owned, carry no investor pressure to chase volume, and measure success by how many clients stay with us for more than five years rather than how many policies we sell in a quarter.
